The characteristics of each subscription are detailed on the systems page, which you declare to have read and understood by accepting these conditions. Through the website, you will be able to access subscription content available exclusively to users.

3. Contracting the Subscription. To contract any of the subscription services, you must click on the link provided for this purpose, which will automatically redirect you to the registration form. You must provide your personal data and proceed to pay for the subscription using the available means of payment. Once the process has been successfully completed, the system will confirm your purchase by email within 24 hours.

4. Intellectual Property of the materials of the training services: ALPHATREND is the rightful owner of all intellectual property rights pertaining to the Courses and content offered (including but not limited to: images, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos,
combinations of colors, structure and design, selection of materials used, applications necessary for their operation, access and use, etc.).
Reproduction, distribution, public communication (including making available), and transformation of all or part of the Courses and/or contents, through any medium and by any technical means, as well as any form of exploitation thereof, without the express written authorization of ALPHATREND, is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, any deletion, alteration, circumvention, or manipulation of any protection device or security system installed on ALPHATREND’s web pages is expressly prohibited.

5. License to use. License to use the subscription service: By subscribing to ALPHATREND’s service, you are granted a non-exclusive, temporary license for individual, personal, and non-transferable use, in exchange for a specified fee publicly displayed on the Website.
Each subscriber must obtain their own license to access the service. ALPHATREND reserves the right to revoke access to the service without refund if access is provided to third parties not authorized by the subscriber. ALPHATREND also reserves the right to seek compensation for damages. Therefore, it is expressly prohibited to use ALPHATREND’s subscription service for any purpose other than personal use. Any inappropriate or unlawful use of the service is solely your responsibility.

7. Payment Methods You can make payments using the available methods at the time of contracting. Payment by Credit/Debit Card:
When using this method, you confirm that you have full authorization to use the card for the contracting process. The card will be charged in real-time through Stripe. We do not store any card details. During order processing, card details will be transmitted encrypted and securely solely for the purpose of payment to the financial institution for the corresponding order amount. Cards are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer does not authorize the payment, we cannot proceed with the purchase contract formalisation.

10. Expulsion: You may be expelled if you seriously or repeatedly fail to comply with the obligations established in these conditions. The following will be considered serious breaches: Any lack of respect towards ALPHATREND’s staff. Failure to comply with intellectual property obligations regarding the information provided. Providing false information during the subscription process or failing to pay the total
subscription fee as specified. Expulsion from the subscription service results in the loss of access rights to ALPHATREND’s information.

11. Modification of the subscription terms: ALPHATREND reserves the right to modify the terms of its subscription service. Such modifications will not affect contracts entered into prior to the changes, and the terms and conditions published on the Website at the time of
acceptance by the user will be respected.

12. Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal is the ability granted by consumer protection regulations (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) that allows consumers to cancel a contract made remotely within 14 days from the contract date without needing to provide any explanation and with the right to a refund of the amounts paid. However, this regulation establishes exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Specifically, Regulation 37, section 1(m) states that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium when execution has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, acknowledging that this results in the loss of their right of withdrawal. Without prejudice to the loss of the right of withdrawal as mentioned above, the withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the date of contracting the service in question. 13. Consequences of Withdrawal: In the event of withdrawal exercised and communicated, and once such communication is received, we will proceed to refund the amounts paid for the contracted service as soon as possible.
